Mylan Labs has reportedly filed a second lawsuit against the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, in the wake of an ongoing feud between the two over an article the paper published alleging that Mylan operators systematically ignored alarm warnings.

West Virginia public radio has put together a five-minute report on the feud between Mylan Labs and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, including recorded comments from FDA. The crux of the issue: did Post-Gazette reporters "steal" information, or was it handed to them "over the transom." In the latest installment of a continuing saga, Mylan Labs is suing the two reporters from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette who alleged Quality violations at the manufacturer's Morgantown, West Virginia facility.
